When you place an order on Lele, we collect essential information required to prepare and deliver your food and groceries in Nirmali, including your Name, Mobile/WhatsApp number, Delivery Address, Landmark, and optional order notes.

Your information is used strictly to fulfill your order, assign local delivery riders, provide live GPS tracking, credit S COIN cashback to your account, and send WhatsApp status receipts. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

3. Payments & Security

Payments made through UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) are processed through secure bank-grade UPI protocols. Lele does not store your private bank credentials or UPI PIN numbers.

4. Location & GPS Tracking

Location access is used solely to verify delivery coverage in Nirmali, calculate travel time, and guide riders to your doorstep.

5. Account & Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play Store guidelines, you can permanently request the deletion of your account and all associated personal records at any time using our dedicated Compliance Deletion Portal.
