1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or ordering through Lele Food & Mart Delivery Platform (leleindia.store) or our official Android application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Hyperlocal Delivery Coverage

Lele operates within Nirmali, Supaul, Bihar (847452) and immediate neighboring sectors. Orders outside verified delivery radius will be cancelled or notified with updated travel time.

3. Pricing & 0% Markup Guarantee

We commit to honest store counter pricing without arbitrary markups. Free delivery is provided on orders above ₹199 or through applicable promotional coupon codes (e.g. LELEFIRST).

4. S COIN Cashback Program

S COIN is an automated customer reward program awarding 1 S COIN per ₹10 spent (equivalent to 1% cash discount). Coins hold a 30-day validity window and may be applied on future food or mart checkouts.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because food is prepared fresh by local partner kitchens, cancellation is permitted before kitchen preparation commences. If an item is missing or damaged, our local human support team provides immediate UPI refund or replacement via WhatsApp at +91 77798 77811.
